Impulse Partners, signatory of the Sista charter

Impulse Partners is delighted and proud to be a signatory of the SISTA charter alongside more than 50 gas pedals and 20 venture capital funds.

The objective? To enable the support and financing respectively of 50% and 25% of start-ups (co)founded by women by 2025.

Concretely, the charter promotes :

• Measure the share of gender diversity in our support programs.
• Apply more inclusive selection methods
• Guarantee more diversity in the support teams
• Highlighting model roles and ensuring that good practices are disseminated in the ecosystem.
