Although it was already a common practice for 7% of French employees, teleworking has become widespread since the first confinement was announced: between March and April, 95% of organizations* used it for eligible employees.

This new way of working, which has become a necessity, has appealed to some employees (time saving in transport, better productivity, choice of interactions, etc.), but for some it is already time for a more nuanced assessment.

Less socialization, musculoskeletal disorders due to improvised workstations, loss of meaning, porosity in private/professional life, etc. Telework would affect many aspects of quality of work life (QWL). Companies, but also public authorities are trying to regulate this practice, to find a balance between each work mode and health constraints.

Whatever the proportion, teleworking is and will be widely practiced in the coming months. The startups in the Immowell-Lab ecosystem, led by the Impulse Partners and Arp-Astrance teams, have devised solutions to improve QWL in the context of teleworking.

We invite you to discover the offers of Yogist, My Mental Energy Pro and Médoucine designed to improve QWL, such as employee productivity and corporate employer branding. Our startups speak english so don’t hesitate to reach out if you are interested in discussing further.
