WeMaintain, a proud member of our PropTech ecosystem, acquires Shokly to expand their offer. Shokly combines business expertise and innovative solutions for the maintenance of fire safety systems .
For WeMaintain, this acquisition will result in the implementation of a datalake that is enriched in real time thanks to the IoT sensors deployed in the buildings and the field data brought back via the technicians’ applications.

Furthermore, WeMaintain has signed with KeolisAmey Docklands for the provision of lift & escalator maintenance and new IoT technologies to all London DLR (Docklands Light Railway) stations. KeolisAmey Docklands operates and maintains the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) under franchise for Docklands Light Railway Limited, part of Transport for London.
The signing of this 4 year contract will see WeMaintain provide maintenance solutions covering 86 lifts and 30 escalators across the DLR network. WeMaintain’s proprietary Internet of Things (IoT) solution will provide live data to KeolisAmey Docklands, giving improved operational insights
