Our main missions:

  • The definition of innovation and open innovation strategies (intrapreneurship, investment, startup partnerships, etc.) for the general management of public or private organizations

  • Supporting startups, territories, companies and investors in defining differentiation and growth strategies

  • Developing thematic startup accelerators (Smart City, Circular Economy, Workplace Well-Being, Industry 4.0, Building & Construction)

  • Animation of innovation sites (Station F’s Smart City program, the City of Paris’ Incubators, Paris Ouest La Défense’s Le Catalyseur, the Banque des Territoires’ Hub des Territoires, etc.)

  • Supporting companies and regions in the definition and development of innovative real estate projects integrating new uses (incubators, startups, fablabs, etc.)

Human Resources Manager M/F
Position located in rue de Lourmel, in the 15th arrondissement (Paris)

As a real Business Partner, your main missions will be:


  • Contribute to the definition of the recruitment strategy and strengthen the attractiveness of Impulse Partners
  • Implementing this strategy in collaboration with the management line: drafting job descriptions, distributing advertisements, selecting candidates, analyzing, organizing and conducting interviews
  • Sourcing of profiles in line with the needs and missions in progress
  • Management of external service providers when necessary (headhunters)

Integration of new employees

  • Definition, formalization and implementation of an integration process in collaboration with managers
  • Support during the integration phase

Development of skills

  • Management of internal / external training (identification of needs and expectations, identification of formats, adapted service providers, cost optimization, organization…)
  • Implementation of the internal evolution / acceleration plan (co-definition of evolution plans and construction of a framework for supporting and monitoring employees)

HR management

  • Organization, participation and formalization of evaluations / bi-annual interviews
  • Monitoring and accompanying all employees on HR issues and needs

HR advice to the partners and the management line

  • Supporting partners and actively contributing to the definition of an adapted and structuring HR policy
  • Proposing methods, tools and good HR practices
  • Analysis and proposals for optimizing the managerial framework (evaluation, skills development, tools, etc.) and the work environment from an HR perspective (e.g., premises, telecommuting, etc.)
  • Regular benchmarking of compensation levels

You have a higher education degree in Human Resources or a business school with a specialization in HR. You have at least 5 years of successful experience in a HR function.

You have a global vision of the function to participate in the definition of the HR strategy, while remaining pragmatic for the operational deployment and the daily management.

You must have experience in a consulting company and ideally you are sensitive to innovation and entrepreneurship.

You work in a structured and autonomous way, while demonstrating pedagogy in your exchanges with managers and employees.

Academic profile and previous experience

  • Graduate of a Grande Ecole (X, Ponts, Mines, Centrale, HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EM Lyon, EDHEC…)
  • A first experience of 1 to 2 years in consulting, M&A or in the strategy / innovation departments of a large group will be valued

Experienced Consultant to Manager – Strategy & Innovation

In direct collaboration with the partners of the firm, you will have a strong autonomy and will intervene on various subjects:

STRATEGY CONSULTING you will contribute to the success of our clients’ projects:

  • Market research and strategic analysis
  • Creation of new business models
  • Strategy, infrastructure and innovation processes
  • Investment strategies
  • Coaching of intrapreneurship projects

MANAGEMENT you will have a management role within the team:

  • You will be involved in the coordination of the team (review of work plans, evaluation of junior consultants, training, etc.)

  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the consultants on your assignments

  • Attentive to the productivity of the teams and the profitability of the missions

  • As an operational referent, you will support the teams’ skills development

  • You will contribute to the structuring and evolution of internal processes

  • You will accompany the partners in the development of the team (recruitment, evaluation of the collaborators, identification of the development stakes…)

DEVELOPMENT  you will propose and lead initiatives to increase Impulse Partners’ development:

Profil required


2 to 8 years of successful experience in consulting (strategy and management consulting firm) is highly desirable

An academic background in business, engineering, IEP, or master’s level education related to our sectors

Experience/appetite for entrepreneurship is a plus

Experience related to our sectors (construction, real estate, industry, energy) would be appreciated

Job characteristics
