Lucile joined Impulse Partners after several entrepreneurial experiences, including the founding of the startup Backacia. She participates in the development of the Impulse Studio activity.

Lucile is a graduate of HEC and Trinity College Dublin.

Fanny supports local authorities and public operators in shaping their territorial development strategies, covering economic development, innovation, sustainability, urban planning and mobility. Her expertise spans the design and management of projects and programmes, impact assessment and knowledge capitalisation. After several roles within public organisations (a local authority, a chamber of commerce and a professional network), Fanny moved to the private sector, where she has continued to work closely with local and regional stakeholders.

She holds a degree from IAE Lyon School of Management, with a specialisation in territorial management.

Alice is an architect, specialized in smart city issues. She brings her expertise on low-carbon issues and innovative real estate projects. She previously worked for a public developer on urban innovation and sustainable transformation of territories.

Alice graduated from Politecnico di Torino and École des Ponts et Chaussées.

Juliette works on construction related topics, particularly digital and robotic design and manufacturing. She previously worked in a design office and then in a startup.

She has a double degree in engineering (specialized in construction materials at INSA Rennes) and business school (Audencia Business School).

Ilona specialises in issues relating to real estate, housing and regional planning. In particular, she works with social landlords, property developers and local authorities. She works on strategic assignments involving major innovation challenges. She is involved in strategic studies involving major innovation issues, both in corporate and local strategies, upstream of urban transformation projects.

Ilona is a graduate of Sciences Po Bordeaux.

Jeeyoun works with companies and public actors on strategy and innovation projects in the construction, energy, and sustainable city sectors. With a multicultural background and experience across Europe and Asia, she brings a sharp understanding of international dynamics. She supports clients in opening up new markets, building partnerships, and adapting their strategies to global shifts.

Jeeyoun is a graduate of Korea University and the Burgundy School of Business in Dijon.

Emma works on construction, real estate and energy issues and helps coordinate the implementation of innovative solutions. She will also be involved in international assignments, drawing on her experience in the UK with Bouygues Travaux Publics. Trained as a civil engineer, she has a solid technical background in the construction and low-carbon sectors.

Emma is a graduate of ESTP Paris.

Gayanée works on strategy and innovation consulting missions. She joined Impulse Partners after 4 years of experience in the energy efficiency and renovation sector.

Gayanée has a double degree in energy transition (Paris-Diderot University) and in energy geopolitics (Paris-Sorbonne University).

After working for a local authority strategy consultancy agency, Léa joined Impulse Partners to work on public sector consultancy issues. She is also responsible for the Smart City platform.

Léa holds a Master’s degree in local public action from Science Po Grenoble, as well as a second Master’s degree in social science, economics and urban planning from the Ecole d’Urbanisme de Paris.

Justine is in charge of developing Impulse Partners’ activities with public actors. She has several experiences in public affairs and institutional relations in the public sphere (consular establishment) as well as in the private sphere (CAC40 company and consulting firm for local authorities).

Justine is a graduate from Sciences Po Grenoble and the University of Paris Dauphine.

Margaux joined Impulse Partners as a consultant, focusing on low-carbon construction and hydrogen issues.

She previously supported international start-up to set up in France, especially in the energy, mobility and Smart City sectors.

Margaux is a graduate of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and IAE Lille.

Simon is passionate about innovation and the environmental and social challenges of tomorrow. Simon works on property-related issues at Impulse Partners.

Simon is a graduate of EM Lyon Business School.

Blaise joined Impulse Partners after several years' experience in innovation strategy consulting and venture capital. He works mainly in the energy, industry and environment sectors. He is also responsible for the Plant 4.0 and Digital Design & Manufacturing platforms.

Blaise is a graduate of the Master's in Management of Innovation and Technology, jointly sponsored by Paris-Dauphine University, École des Mines Paris and the CEA.

After several experiences in building energy performance consulting and within EDF's incubator, Camille joined Impulse Partners to work mainly in the energy and environment sectors, as well as construction and industry. She is also responsible for the Evolen'up and Digital Design & Manufacturing platforms.

Camille is an engineer specializing in New Energies and the Environment (ECE Paris). She also holds a master's degree in Technology and Innovation Management (Université Paris-Dauphine, École des Mines Paris, and CEA).

Charles joined the Impulse Partners team as an analyst for his final-year internship, driven by his interest in innovative solutions addressing major urban and environmental challenges, as well as his desire to acquire new skills in strategy consulting. He contributes to the Plant 4.0 and Evolen'up Labs, which support innovative projects in the industrial and energy sectors.

Charles is completing his Master’s degree in Management at EM Lyon Business School.

Minjoo is dedicated to exploring how Artificial Intelligence reshapes professional landscapes and challenges traditional knowledge management frameworks. Building on her experience within digital teams in the IT-refurbishing sector and Living Labs, she joined Impulse Partners to deepen these insights through a Ph.D. at École Polytechnique. Her mission: deciphering the future of jobs to help organizations navigate the AI-driven transition.

Minjoo is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and HEC Paris, specialized in innovation, project and conception (master PIC).

Alexandre joined Impulse Partners as part of his final-year internship. Following an initial experience within a subsidiary of Vinci Construction, where he worked on strategic challenges related to energy infrastructure, he is now keen to deepen his interest in supporting public works, construction, and building industry stakeholders in addressing environmental and digital transition challenges. His background as a business engineer enables him to combine a strong technical understanding of industry-specific issues with a business and strategic perspective. He contributes to the Public Works & Infrastructure, Construction & Building, and Digital Design & Manufacturing Labs.

Alexandre is currently pursuing a dual degree between ESTP and emlyon business school.

Mathis joined Impulse Partners as a Consultant Analyst as part of his gap year. He is currently pursuing a Master in Management at emlyon business school, with a particular interest in strategy, innovation, and the transformation of businesses and territories. At Impulse Partners, he works on topics related to the public sector and Innovative Housing. He is notably involved in identifying and selecting startups, as well as connecting them with key players within the ecosystem.

A geographer by training (Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Université de Montréal), Eva first developed an interest in environmental issues and regional planning. She then gained her first experience in sustainable development at a national agency.

She went on to complete two master's degrees in innovation management: the Innovation Master's at the Sorbonne School of Management (École de Management de la Sorbonne), followed by the Master 2 in Technology and Innovation Management (MTI), jointly run by Dauphine, Les Mines and INSTN-CEA.

Eva joined Impulse Partners as a strategy and innovation consultant, drawn by the way innovation can transform the sustainable city and by a desire to put collective intelligence at the service of concrete projects. She supports start-ups and large corporations in the construction, energy and industry sectors: sourcing solutions, running workshops and events, assessing innovative solutions and supporting regional innovation strategies.

David joined Impulse Partners as an Analyst as part of the second part of his gap year. Driven by a desire to develop his consulting skills, he is particularly interested in environmental transformation, innovation and business development. He currently works on projects related to the circular economy, climate change adaptation and new solutions for territories.

David is currently pursuing a Master in Management (Grande École Programme) at SKEMA Business School, after completing a Bachelor’s degree in Economics at the Université de Montréal.

Louise joined Impulse Partners as an analyst as part of her final-year internship. Driven by a strong interest in ecosystem development and the economic growth challenges it involves, she works primarily on assignments related to public infrastructure and construction.

After completing a Bachelor in Management at ESCP, studying across London, Paris and Berlin, she specialised in economic diplomacy through a Specialised Master's at the same school.

Axel is an Analyst at Impulse Partners and a Master's student in Economic and Financial Engineering at the University of Rennes. He contributes to projects such as EduRenov, WaterShift and Blue Tech, while conducting strategic research on innovation and emerging trends in the construction sector.

Elizaveta joined Impulse Partners as part of her final-year internship, driven by a strong interest in innovation strategy and new technologies. Drawing on her international background, she is particularly interested in market expansion and helps clients develop new-market entry and investment strategies. She also works on assignments in the energy and construction sectors, from start-up sourcing to technology watch on AI, digitalisation and decarbonisation.

Elizaveta is currently completing her fourth and final year of the Global BBA at ESSEC Business School, which included an exchange semester at Bocconi University.

Jisu joined Impulse Partners as an Analyst after completing research and project management internships at a global environmental NGO, a construction corporate and an energy startup. At Impulse Partners, she supports innovative startups in the energy and construction sectors, from sourcing and acceleration to connecting them with industrial partners.

Jisu is a graduate of Incheon National University, where she specialized in Architectural Engineering.

Sehee is an analyst at Impulse Partners. Currently in a gap year as part of her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Kyung Hee University (Seoul), after an exchange year at IAE Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management.

She works on international market studies across construction and engineering, as well as data anaylsis and supports acceleration programmes. She is particularly interested in how innovation travels between Asian and European markets.
