Thomas is in charge of all our activities with environment players (waste, water, circular economy & decarbonization) & engineering companies (building & industrial). Before joining Impulse, he worked as a strategy consultant & had entrepreneurial experiences. Thomas brings his vision on environmental issues and supports our clients in the necessary transformation.

Thomas graduated EDHEC Business School.

Lucas is responsible for all of our activities within the housing industry, particularly social and innovative housing. Lucas previously worked as a consultant, then within a social landlord, as head of the innovation department. Lucas brings his expertise and vision on the transformation of the housing sector.

Lucas is a graduate of the University of Toulouse II and the Paris Institute of Urban Planning.

Manon leads consulting missions in strategy and innovation. She has previously worked in the fields of consulting as well as in the management of excavated soil in the construction industry.

Manon is a graduate of ENS Cachan and the University of Paris Dauphine – PSL.

Maxime accompanies any actor, public or private, wishing to get closer to and collaborate with an ecosystem of startups in the construction and real estate sectors through consulting missions and the activity Impulse Labs, the startup accelerator by Impulse Partners, which he coordinates. He was previously in charge of open innovation startups in a large construction group (sourcing, project set-up, deployment, corporate venture…).

Maxime is a graduate of Sup’Biotech, Paris Dauphine and Mines ParisTech.

After a number of professional experiences in companies, government departments and political offices, Clarisse joined Impulse to manage its activities in relation to the public sector and local authorities. Throughout her career, she has worked to build bridges between businesses and public decision-makers. She brings her expertise and vision of the challenges facing public-sector players, particularly in terms of economic development, innovation and attractiveness. Clarisse is a graduate of SciencesPo Paris and Freie Universität Berlin.

Lucile joined Impulse Partners after several entrepreneurial experiences, including the founding of the startup Backacia. She participates in the development of the Impulse Studio activity.

Lucile is a graduate of HEC and Trinity College Dublin.

Alice is an architect, specialized in smart city issues. She brings her expertise on low-carbon issues and innovative real estate projects. She previously worked for a public developer on urban innovation and sustainable transformation of territories.

Alice graduated from Politecnico di Torino and École des Ponts et Chaussées.

Zineb is a senior consultant at Impulse and leads projects on the topics of well-being in real estate and low-carbon construction. She also contributes to Impulse Partners’ international development.

Zineb previously worked in the field of social entrepreneurship.

Zineb is a graduate of Neoma Business School.

Ludovic joined Impulse after 2 years as an innovation project manager within the Nexity Group. He is specialized in supporting innovative projects (intrapreneurship, startups, new offers from large groups, etc.). He also leads the Smart City platform on behalf of public and private partners.

Ludovic graduated from PSB Paris School of Business and studied at CSUMB California State University Monterey Bay.

With her multicultural background and extensive experience in assisting major corporations and startups from Asia in their collaborations with the European continent, Jeeyoun is dedicated to bridging the gap between these entities.

She is a graduate of Korea University and the Burgundy School of Business in Dijon.

Juliette works on construction related topics, particularly digital and robotic design and manufacturing. She previously worked in a design office and then in a startup.

She has a double degree in engineering (specialized in construction materials at INSA Rennes) and business school (Audencia Business School).

Graduated of Paris Dauphine University, Charlotte is specialised in urban policy and impact innovation. With professional experience in a range of institutions such as the Banque des Territoires and Efficacity, Charlotte has a broad knowledge of local authorities and the issues surrounding intelligent and sustainable territories. As well as innovation issues, she is particularly interested in energy efficiency and territorial resilience.

Graduatef from EM Normandie, Timothée joined Impulse Partners after 2 years' experience in innovation in the housing sector. He now works on circular economy and waste management issues.

Justine is in charge of developing Impulse Partners’ activities with public actors. She has several experiences in public affairs and institutional relations in the public sphere (consular establishment) as well as in the private sphere (CAC40 company and consulting firm for local authorities).

Justine is a graduate from Sciences Po Grenoble and the University of Paris Dauphine.

Ilona specialises in issues relating to real estate, housing and regional planning. In particular, she works with social landlords, property developers and local authorities. She works on strategic assignments involving major innovation challenges.

Gayanée works on strategy and innovation consulting missions. She joined Impulse Partners after 4 years of experience in the energy efficiency and renovation sector.

Gayanée has a double degree in energy transition (Paris-Diderot University) and in energy geopolitics (Paris-Sorbonne University).

Damaris joined Impulse Partners after several years’ experience in the consulting world, notably in open innovation and digital transformation. She works on energy-related issues in the industrial world, with a strong interest in the innovative “blue energy” sector.

Damaris is a graduate of Claude Bernard Lyon 1 University and Skema Business School.

Margaux joined Impulse Partners as a consultant, focusing on low-carbon construction and hydrogen issues.

She previously supported international start-up to set up in France, especially in the energy, mobility and Smart City sectors.

Margaux is a graduate of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and IAE Lille.

After working for a local authority strategy consultancy agency, Léa joined Impulse Partners to work on public sector consultancy issues. She is also responsible for the Smart City platform.

Léa holds a Master’s degree in local public action from Science Po Grenoble, as well as a second Master’s degree in social science, economics and urban planning from the Ecole d’Urbanisme de Paris.

Simon is passionate about innovation and the environmental and social challenges of tomorrow. Simon works on property-related issues at Impulse Partners.

Simon is a graduate of EM Lyon Business School.

Martin is deeply involved in current social and environmental issues, and joined Impulse Partners as an analyst following a number of experiences in construction, aeronautics and design.

He works on housing and urban innovation.

Martin is currently doing an end-of-studies internship as part of his Designer Engineer training at ESME.

During his dual training in business and literature, Jean is specialised in urban and environmental issues. His two experiences in property development and ESG consultancy have confirmed his desire to delve deeper into the issues surrounding local authorities and the city of the future. Jean works at Impulse on public sector consultancy issues and is in charge of the Public Works and Infrastructures platform.

Jean is a graduate of EM Lyon Business School.

With a keen interest in innovation and current environmental and societal issues, Axelle decided to join Impulse Partners as an analyst to deepen her knowledge of these subjects.

She is involved in supporting start-ups on the Intelligent and Sustainable Cities, Innovative Housing and Club Hydrogène platforms.

Axelle is doing an internship as part of her Master's degree in finance at Université Paris-Dauphine PSL.

After gaining experience in start-ups and consultancies, Alexandre joined Impulse as an analyst to hone his skills in consultancy and innovation.

He is currently doing an internship as part of Skema Business School's Grande École programme, providing support to start-ups on the Construction & Building, Design & Digital Manufacturing, and Health & Prevention in Construction platforms.

As an analyst, William works on a range of subjects from new building construction to manufacturing and digital design. With a keen interest in innovation and new technologies, he recently joined Impulse Partners following a number of innovation consultancy assignments.

William joined our team as part of his end-of-studies internship, carried out as part of the MTI master's programme run jointly by the Université Paris-Dauphine, the Ecole des Mines de Paris and the CEA via the INSTN.

After gaining experience in the world of web design, Maëlys joined Impulse partners as head of communications, marketing and events.

Maëlys is a graduate of EM Strasbourg.

Louisa is an Executive Assistant and supports the team in the management of innovation spots and takes care of the administrative management of the company. She has worked for 15 years as an Assistant in all types of companies, particularly in the real estate sector.

Louisa is also involved in associations such as Les Resto du Coeur or Môm’Artre, a childcare network focused on art and culture.

As part of his studies, Calixte joined the Impulse teams with a view to discovering the world of consultancy and getting involved in concrete sectors that meet the challenges of tomorrow. He works in the field of circular cities and territories.

He is also involved in a wide range of coaching and strategy assignments.

Calixte has just completed his first year in the ESCP Master in Management programme.

After working in start-ups and a number of public institutions, Marianne joined Impulse Partners to hone her skills in consultancy and innovation. Currently on an internship as part of the Grande École programme at ESCP Business School, she is involved in supporting companies and helping them to set up internationally, through the Global ConTech Program and the Blue Tech Club.

Nicolas has joined the Impulse team as an analyst for his internship. He will be taking on assignments in the hydrogen sector, as well as in the craft industry.

Currently a student at EM Lyon, he is passionate about new technologies and entrepreneurship.

Blaise joined Impulse Partners after several years' experience in innovation strategy consulting and venture capital. He works mainly in the energy, industry and environment sectors. He is also responsible for the Plant 4.0 and Digital Design & Manufacturing platforms.

Blaise is a graduate of the Master's in Management of Innovation and Technology, jointly sponsored by Paris-Dauphine University, École des Mines Paris and the CEA.
