Impulse Partners runs more than 20 innovation platforms focusing on cross-functional themes such as low-carbon, the circular economy, energy and digital transition, health and safety, sustainable property, etc.

Description

As part of its growth in France and internationally, Impulse Partners is looking for junior and more experienced consultants who will work directly with the management team, start-ups and accelerator partners. Immersed in an entrepreneurial environment with high stakes, you will have a high degree of autonomy and will work on a variety of subjects:

  • On behalf of our key account clients, you will contribute to the success of strategy and innovation consulting projects: market research and strategic analysis, innovation portfolio assessments and process redefinitions, pricing strategy, benchmarking, design of new business models, investment strategies and coaching of intrapreneurship projects, etc.
  • Taking charge of the operational activities involved in implementing these strategies for our customers: developing and running our start-up ecosystems, supporting and coaching intrapreneurship projects,
  • For the more experienced, you will take part in the commercial development of the business: monitoring, prospecting, producing commercial proposals, managing a portfolio of customers,
  • Contribute to the operational management of a team: coordination, review of workload plans, evaluation of junior consultants, training,
  • Participation in cross-functional projects related to the life and business of the company.

Profile

With a higher education background, from a School of Engineering, Business, Institut d'Études Politiques or a university course related to our subjects and issues, you will have 2 to 5 years' successful initial experience, ideally gained in a strategy or management consultancy or within an innovation department.

You will have a very good knowledge of and interest in one or more of the sectors we serve: construction, property, housing, industry, energy and local authorities.

With strong analytical and summarising skills, you're keen to invest in a highly demanding environment where you'll be able to take part and develop through the variety of subjects you'll be tackling. You will also be able to use your interpersonal skills, so your oral and written expression will be impeccable and your English fluent.

Job specifications

  • Type of contract : Permanent

  • Location: Paris Paris 15th

  • Teleworking : after a training period, 2 days a week.

  • Travel: in the regions and abroad, depending on the assignment.

  • Remuneration: fixed and variable part, to be determined according to seniority level, and other benefits (profit-sharing, etc.).
