Innovation Studio Manager

A brand of Impulse Partners, Impulse Studio develops new offers and new businesses for its customers (major private accounts, public players and local authorities), positioning itself as a genuine external innovation unit and a factory for prototyping new products and services.

Impulse Studio's development is based on 3 principles:

• A seasoned methodology mastered by all the group's consultants, enabling them to manage projects in start-up mode through coaching or project management,
• A network of entrepreneurs in residence who can be mobilized to lead different projects,
• A network of external technical experts, particularly in digital development.

Impulse Studio differentiates itself in the market by its ability to connect the players in the regions and industries that make up the Impulse ecosystem, and thus to offer rapid access for market testing at every stage of the project.

As part of the growth and development of the Impulse Studio brand, we are looking for a Innovation Studio Manager (f/h) who will work alongside our consultants, accompanied by external freelance experts and contractors, on various assignments.

Your responsibilities will include

• As the guarantor of working methods and tools, you will participate in the training of consultants and ensure that tools are up to date and well understood,
• Build, lead and manage our external resources (networks of experts and entrepreneurs in residence),
• Work with partners to develop the brand's commercial approach,
• Contribute to the brand's marketing and communications strategy,
• Take charge of certain coaching and project management missions.

With an engineering, business or university degree, specializing in innovation, you have significant experience in a start-up studio, venture studio or accelerator, or in an innovation-oriented consulting firm.

You have good interpersonal skills, and are able to combine strong customer relations with the management of a developing ecosystem. You're keen to get involved in a demanding environment where you'll be able to contribute and develop through the variety of subjects you'll be tackling. Your oral and written communication skills are impeccable, and your level of English fluent.

• Remuneration : fixed and variable parts, to be determined according to seniority level, and other benefits (profit-sharing, etc.).
