Working environment
There are several places to work in the innovation spaces we operate. Trust** is a major principle at Impulse, and we allow our teams to telework. Our Paris teams are based at the "Paris Innovation Boucicaut ” incubator, a dynamic ecosystem we set up in partnership with the City of Paris - with a panoramic view over the eco-district Boucicaut in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. We're also working on Station F, Europe's largest start-up campus, of which we've been a major partner since its launch in 2017. La Défense is also a place we visit regularly to host the Catalyseur de l'innovation et de l'entreprenariat. Finally, we work closely with Hub des Territoires, a Banque des Territoires program located in the 13th arrondissement. Our international teams and partners are based in New York, Chicago, Silicon Valley, Turin, Bahrain, Tel Aviv and Tokyo.Where do we work?

Atmosphere and day-to-day work
The Team Meeting is a key moment of the week at Impulse! It gets the week off to a good start on Monday morning. We analyze the events of the past week, carry out a sales follow-up and look ahead to the week ahead. The Internal Seminars are also a fixture at Impulse. This is an opportunity to share a chosen topic over lunch: the development of a new offer, a personal project, sporting achievements, feedback on missions...What moments punctuate the week?
We also organize Team Buildings: cooking on a barge, Koh Lanta in a castle, climbing sessions, “five” sessions, afterworks, bowlings or even karaoke: many events are regularly planned! We like to invite not only former employees**, but also the partners and start-ups we're close to! Beyond the events, it's a climate of benevolence, tolerance and mutual aid that we're putting in place, so that everyone feels free to express themselves, and to occupy the place he or she wishes.What about team building?
