Impulse Partners is collaborating with Bedrock and Barton Malow to develop a Construction Innovation Center in Detroit, USA. This initiative aims to bring together startups and technology providers to test and deploy innovations in real-world built environments.

The proposed center includes:

• Over 20,000 sq. ft. of indoor industrial space

• An outdoor parcel of 30,000+ sq. ft. for live testing and deployment

• Office and lab spaces designed to support startups and R&D teams
