AI in the construction sector: a revolution still in progress

A fundamental pillar of this transformation lies in** data management.** AI enables the centralization and use of highly heterogeneous data from BIM, sensors, contracts, or even simple emails. Connecting these solutions to existing ecosystems turns raw information into a strategic resource for global project governance and performance management.

Finally, AI addresses growing sustainability and compliance requirements worldwide. It offers significant opportunities for carbon tracking and assessing material impact, helping companies meet increasingly demanding environmental regulations, while also ensuring contractual traceability and compliance with data protection standards such as GDPR and other international frameworks.
