After an initial €11M fundraising last year, Colonies, a pioneer in coliving, announces its second fundraising of €180M.

30M from historical investors: Idinvest, Global Founders Capital and La Financière Saint James will strengthen the offering in Europe, complemented by a €150M financing from LBO France to acquire new properties.
