After two years waiting, the 81st Hlm Congress was marked by the Union Social Habitat’s stated desire to strongly defend social housing and allowed the actors of the Hlm movement to meet again. Impulse Partners was pleased to see that innovation was mentioned more than twenty times during the opening plenary session, referred to as a necessity for transformation and, above all, evoked through very concrete examples of solutions implemented by certain precursor landlords.
